The Future's So Bright...
As the death of print grows closer, we're beginning to see hints of the technology that will replace it even for those that still want a tactile feel when holding a book or magazine.

Samples from latest shoots...
I've been fairly busy these past few weeks working on a couple movies but I've managed to squeeze in a couple creative shoots. Here's a sampling of the results:

Manufacturing history...
I have this strange fascination with making fake "historical" photos so here's one I did from yesterday's photo shoot with Ali Liebert. Click on the photo to see a larger version...

Easy peasy.

Photographer: Sam Jones part 2

I've just read the 2nd part of this interview with Sam where he talks about film vs. digital and how he feels about both as well as his past, present, and future working procedure. Very interesting stuff. Check it out here.

Photographer: Sam Jones

If you have a look over at Sam Jones' website, you'll see what celebrity portraits should look like: awesome but unpretentious. I love the movie-like setups with Jon Krasinski and Will Ferrell!
Anyway, I was just reading a great interview about Sam over at A Photo Editor blog and was surprised to find he started out in news photography and then, for a short time, moved to movie stills but then figured out that wasn't for him. Nice move Sam. I need to do the same. :)

Kudos sir!
